করোনা মোকাবেলায় ত্রাণ কর্মসূচির কার্যকারিতা বৃদ্ধির ক্ষেত্রে বরাদ্দ নির্ধারণের জন্য একটি সুচকের উপর নির্ভর না করে স্থানীয় পর্যায়ের দারিদ্র্যের হার, জনসংখ্যা, বেকারত্বের হার ইত্যাদি বিবেচনায় নিয়ে বহুমাত্রিক মাপকাঠি নির্ধারণ করতে হবে। ত্রাণ সেবা সংক্রান্ত প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর উদ্যোগ সম্পর্কে জনসাধারণের সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করতে হবে।
